This page provides technical details for the alert files that you receive from the service when one or more tracked events occurred for your subscribed numbers in a 24-hour period.

File naming convention

|---|---|
| timestamp | The date and time when the file was created. The timestamp is in ISO-8601 format, with no milliseconds included, no special characters included, and "Z" included at the end. The period covered by the alert file is the 24 hours before this date and time |

Rows
Alert files contain a record for each tracked event that occurred over the covered 24-hour period.
Columns
The following table describes the fields used in the file.

| COUNTRY | Country code (ISO2) of the subscribed phone number related to this event. | US |
| MONITOR_DATE | A timestamp indicating when the service started monitoring this phone number. | 2019-01-01T05:48:45.620Z |
| EVENT_TYPE | The type of event this record is for (DEACTIVATED, PORTED, or SWAPPED). | DEACTIVATED |
| DEACTIVATION_DATE | Timestamp for the date that deactivation occurred for this phone number. There is only a value here if the event type is DEACTIVATED. | 2019-05-05 |
| PORT_DATE | Timestamp for the date this phone number was ported. There is only a value here if the event type is PORTED. | 2019-01-01T05:48:45.620Z |
| CARRIER_NAME | The old carrier, if the event type is PORTED. For all other event types, this value is the current carrier. | ATT |
| PORTED_TO_CARRIER_NAME | The new carrier, if the event type is PORTED. There is only a value here if the event type is PORTED. | VZW |
