Alerts - Rejection codes

This page describes codes that can be received from the service in a rejection file. Each is accompanied by a text description.

Code	Description
3400	Format of the file name is invalid.
3401	Format of the header is invalid.
3402	Timestamp in filename is invalid.
3403	Timestamp in filename is old.
3404	File exceeds max number of records.
3405	File is empty.
3406	Timestamp in file name is in the future.

NOTE:
The max number of records per subscription file is 5,000,000.

The timestamp in the subscription filename must be no older than seven days.
