This page provides technical details for the rejection files that you receive from the service when one of your subscription files cannot be processed.

File naming convention

| subscription_filename | The name of the subscription file that this rejection is for. Use this to find the subscription file for troubleshooting purposes. |

Rows
Rejection files contain just one record, with details related to the rejection.
Columns
The following table describes the fields used in the file.

| ERROR_CODE | Numeric code indicating why the file is rejected. Alerts - Rejection codes contains a description of each possible code. | 3405 |
