For the Voice Verify API, you obtain transaction status results using one of two options:
You can use the Get Status API to retrieve the status of individual transactions. For more details about your choices, refer to the Get Status API - Overview page. If you are generating your own OTP codes, you will not need to worry about completion data. If you have TeleSign generate your OTP codes, you will need to send completion data.
If you will have a high volume of transactions, the callback service allows TeleSign to quickly and easily post the results of your transactions to an endpoint you choose. Refer to the Transaction Callback Service page for details.
