Inbound SMS - Overview

Telesign Inbound SMS enables you to receive Mobile Originated (MO) messages sent by your end users. You must buy a phone number or short-code from Telesign to use this product.

Product features

Inbound SMS allows you to:

• Send your pre-defined replies in response to certain keywords within messages.
• Handle certain keywords for US and Canada for compliance purposes.

You can use this service via either HTTPS or via SMPP. (SMPP is only available if you have a full-service account).
